How do I start a return or exchange?Updated a month ago
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal and enter your order number along with your shipping zip code.
From there, you can print your return label, attach it to the original shipping box, and drop off your unworn shoes in their original packaging at USPS.
If you opt for an exchange, please note that the requested item(s) in your exchange is not being reserved for you until the carrier has confirmed your return is in transit. We would recommend dropping off your return at USPS as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. Once your return is on its way and if the requested item is still in stock, you'll receive an email notifying you that your exchange order has been created and you'll also receive tracking information to check on delivery.
