What if my order contains a product on pre-order?Updated 6 months ago

All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. The estimated ship dates for pre-order items are included in the product description and are based on the best information available to us at the time. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, factory delays can occur. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

  • We strive to ship Pre-Order items according to the estimated ship date. If there are any changes, we will contact you via email.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your delivery address and contact information up to date. If you need to update your details, please email us at hello@fredasalvador.com before your order ships.

  • You will be charged at the time of placing a Pre-Order. If we are unable to ship your order within three months of the purchase date, we will offer a full refund upon request. No discounts, refunds, or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.
