How do I redeem my reward points toward an order?Updated 6 months ago

You can redeem your reward points for a reward code through the rewards page or during checkout. Just ensure sure you're logged into your FRĒDA account!

To redeem points for a reward code, follow these steps:

1. Visit our rewards page 

2. Scroll down to the "How to Use Your Points" section

3.  You can redeem points in increments starting at 400 points ($40) and up to 1000 points ($100). A minimum order total of $295 is required for the reward code to be applied at checkout

4. Choose your reward amount and click the "redeem" button. Confirm your selection and a unique reward code will be generated. Be sure to copy or note down the reward code, as it will not be emailed to you. 

5. At checkout, enter your reward code to apply the discount field

 You need at least 400 points ($40) to make a redemption, and points must be redeemed in increments of 400 ($40), 500 ($50), 750 ($75), or 1000 ($100). Once you redeem your points, they will no longer appear in your rewards account. If you lose your reward code, our team can help retrieve it from your profile.
