When can I expect to receive my order?Updated a month ago

Once your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, it is handed over to Passport Shipping for international delivery. You can expect your order to arrive within 8-14 business days once Passport has processed the shipment in their fulfillment hub and forwarded it to your local carrier.

We’ll provide an estimated delivery date along with tracking information in your shipping confirmation email, so you can easily follow your order’s journey. 

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing times.
