Can I return or exchange my international order?Updated 23 days ago

At this time, we are only able to accommodate returns and exchanges for Canadian orders through our online returns portal, due to shipping restrictions. Canadian returns and exchanges are subject to a $20 USD shipping and restocking fee.

For all other international destinations, returns are accepted provided a request is submitted via email within 14 days of delivery to our CeX team at [email protected].

Please note that return shipping labels must be arranged through your preferred carrier, and the cost of return shipping, taxes, and duties back to the US is the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, duties, and VAT paid are also non-refundable.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for international orders shipped outside of Canada.
